REAL TOMATOES, REAL FLAVOR

The biggest secret we’ve discovered is that fresh, whole ingredients truly do stand out. For example, we know that most salsas today start with canned tomatoes, not fresh, but we found that they just don’t have enough flavor. They require too many additives and lose the fresh, hearty taste that real tomatoes are supposed to have. That’s why we use only fresh tomatoes, never canned, grown right here in Northwest Ohio. We carry this same philosophy into every part of the Soaring Fields recipe.

We don’t believe a mild salsa has to be bland. We give ours a rich flavor with sweet peppers and fresh local tomatoes—and just a hint of spice. Always a smooth ride.
